Bir ay\u0131n daha sonuna geldik. Ciddi manada yat\u0131r\u0131ma ba\u015flayal\u0131 tam 46 ay olmu\u015f. Bu ay sonu raporu bayram tela\u015f\u0131yla biraz gecikti. Piyasalar\u0131n genel durumuna bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda FED’in planlanan faiz art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na devam etti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu haftaki toplant\u0131da beklendi\u011fi \u00fczere 50 bp art\u0131\u015f yaparak maksimum faiz oran\u0131n\u0131 %1’e ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131lar. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki toplant\u0131larda 75 bp faiz art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sinyalini de vererek piyasay\u0131 rahatlatan a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ABD ve TR borsalar\u0131nda %3’e varan y\u00fckseli\u015fler g\u00f6rd\u00fck. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde takip edilmesi gereken bir di\u011fer konu Avrupa Merkez Bankas\u0131(ECB)’nin sergileyece\u011fi tutum olacak. Belirsiz ve mu\u011flak ifadelerle bu y\u0131l faiz art\u0131\u015f\u0131 gerekebilir gibi a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yapmaya devam ederlerse euronun daha da zay\u0131flamas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz. Bu da paritede d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe yol a\u00e7ar ve Avrupa’ya ihracat yapan \u015firketlerimiz i\u00e7in negatif bir durum. Umar\u0131m AB’de enflasyon daha da fazla y\u00fckselmeden ECB’den gerekli ad\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yurt i\u00e7inde ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz politikas\u0131yla birlikte artan enflasyonun etkileri hissedilmeye devam ediyor. 2022 Nisan ay\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k enflasyon T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan %69.9 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. \u00c7evremizde de bunu net \u015fekilde hissedebiliyoruz, hayat pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015fikayet etmeyen kalmad\u0131 diyebiliriz. Kur taraf\u0131 nispeten sakin seyrederken borsada enflasyon fiyatlamas\u0131 devam ediyor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Portf\u00f6y durumuna gelecek olursak, bu ay hisse senedi portf\u00f6y\u00fcnde neredeyse hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapmad\u0131m. Sadece ay i\u00e7erisinde EGEEN, DEVA ve ALKIM hisselerinden gelen temett\u00fclerle EGEEN ve TUPRS ekledim.<\/span><\/p>\n

G\u00fcncel portf\u00f6y durumu bu \u015fekildedir. Bu ay hisse senedi portf\u00f6y\u00fcm ge\u00e7en aya g\u00f6re %10.9 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eurobond taraf\u0131nda bu ay 2027 vadeli USM88269US88 kodlu eurobonddan al\u0131m yaparak toplam eurobond portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc 37 bin usd’ye, y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam kupon getirisini ise 2678.5 usd’ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131m. Eurobond kuponlar\u0131ndan ayl\u0131k ortalama 223 usd nakit ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 elde ediyorum.<\/span><\/p>\n

G\u00fcncel pasif gelir ve portf\u00f6y durumu bu \u015fekildedir. Bu ay toplam portf\u00f6y\u00fcm TL baz\u0131nda %9.35, usd baz\u0131nda ise %7.88 b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek 2.984 mn TL’ye ula\u015ft\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca ilk kez usd baz\u0131nda 200 bin usd s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7meyi ba\u015fard\u0131m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
