Bir ay\u0131n daha sonuna geldik. Finansal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131ma ba\u015flayal\u0131 tam 56 ay olmu\u015f. \u015eubat ay\u0131 nas\u0131l ge\u00e7ti, ne yapt\u0131m hi\u00e7 hat\u0131rlam\u0131yorum. Ay\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fanan deprem felaketi zaman kavram\u0131n\u0131 yitirmeme neden oldu. B\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan depremzedelerin ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dindirmemize imkan yok fakat e\u015fimle birlikte elimizden geldi\u011fince maddi manevi destek olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Umar\u0131m bir daha b\u00f6yle felaketler ya\u015famay\u0131z. Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerden \u00f6zellikle de \u0130stanbul’dan tersine g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Daha \u015fimdiden sosyal medyada bir\u00e7ok ki\u015finin anadoluda ev bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, imkan\u0131 olanlar\u0131n ise arsa al\u0131p ev yapt\u0131rmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deprem felaketi \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kabilecek sekt\u00f6rlerde de de\u011fi\u015fiklik ya\u015fanmas\u0131na neden oldu. K\u0131sa vadede in\u015faat, \u00e7imento ve yap\u0131 \u015firketleri bu b\u00f6lgenin yeniden yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynayacaklar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bunun yan\u0131nda global piyasalarda iyi ge\u00e7en ocak ay\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015fubatta geri \u00e7ekilmeler g\u00f6rd\u00fck. FED’in faizleri beklenenden uzun s\u00fcre y\u00fcksek tutabilece\u011fi beklentisi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazan\u0131rken SP500 ocak ay\u0131 kazan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 geri vererek ay sonunda 3970 puana kadar geriledi. Y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana getirisi %3.82 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Dolar ge\u00e7en ay\u0131 18.81 TL’den kapatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131, an itibariyle 18.88 TL civar\u0131nda seyrediyor. Gram alt\u0131n ise 1155 TL’den ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fubat ay\u0131n\u0131 1114 TL’den bitirdi. BIST100 endeksi ise ocak ay\u0131ndaki sert d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan biraz olsun toparlayarak an itibariyle 5290 puanda bulunuyor. Y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131ndan beri de\u011fer kayb\u0131 %6.5 civar\u0131nda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel portf\u00f6y\u00fcme gelecek olursak \u015fubat ay\u0131nda pek fazla hareket etmedim. Ki\u015fisel tasarruflar\u0131m ile TUPRS ve ISMEN’de eklemeler yapt\u0131m. ABD borsalar\u0131 taraf\u0131nda ise ilk parti etf al\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdim. Buradaki stratejim \u015fu \u015fekilde olacak. ABD taraf\u0131 i\u00e7in belirledi\u011fim tutar\u0131 9 par\u00e7aya b\u00f6ld\u00fcm. Almay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m etfler i\u00e7in fiyat seviyeler belirledim. \u0130lk parti al\u0131mda portf\u00f6y\u00fcn 1\/9’u ile 3 adet etf al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdim. Bu etflerin tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok yak\u0131nda twitter hesab\u0131m \u00fczerinden yapaca\u011f\u0131m. Belirledi\u011fim di\u011fer al\u0131mlar\u0131 ise fiyatlar hedefledi\u011fim seviyelere gelirse 3 birim ve 5 birim olmak \u00fczere iki ayr\u0131 par\u00e7ada yapaca\u011f\u0131m. E\u011fer \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 2 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te bekledi\u011fim seviyeler gelmezse d\u00fczenli 1’er birimlik al\u0131mlara devam edece\u011fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABD etf portf\u00f6y\u00fcm ise \u015fu \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Burada lot ba\u015f\u0131 temett\u00fc rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 son verdi\u011fi \u00e7eyreklik temett\u00fcy\u00fc 4 ile \u00e7arparak elde ettim. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde yeni temett\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131klar\u0131nda bu rakam\u0131 g\u00fcncel tutaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eurobond taraf\u0131na gelecek olursak bu ay US900123DG28 kodlu eurobonddan 1000 usd nominallik al\u0131m yapt\u0131m. B\u00f6ylece toplam eurobond portf\u00f6y\u00fcm 72 bin usd’ye, y\u0131ll\u0131k muhtemen kupon gelirim ise 5528.5 usd’ye y\u00fckseldi. Ayl\u0131k 1 asgari \u00fccret kadar kupon geliri elde ediyorum. Hi\u00e7 fena de\u011fil, ne dersiniz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00fcncel finansal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck oran\u0131m\u0131z ise %104 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
