Bir ay\u0131n daha sonuna geldik. Ciddi manada yat\u0131r\u0131ma ba\u015flayal\u0131 tam 49 ay olmu\u015f. Finansal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck yolculu\u011funda be\u015finci y\u0131l\u0131n i\u00e7ine girmi\u015f bulunuyorum. Temmuz ay\u0131 finansal piyasalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yine hareketli ge\u00e7ti. Normalde yaz aylar\u0131nda pek hareket olmaz fakat bu y\u0131l hem globalde hem de yurt i\u00e7inde sakin bir haftam\u0131z bile ge\u00e7medi diyebilirim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ba\u015flarsak, ABD ekonomisi bu y\u0131l ilk defa iki \u00e7eyrek \u00fcst \u00fcste k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek teknik olarak daralma yani resesyona girilmi\u015f oldu. FED ise faizleri beklendi\u011fi \u015fekilde art\u0131rmaya devam ediyor. Toplant\u0131lardan \u00f6nce halihaz\u0131rda fiyatlanan faiz art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda s\u00fcrpriz ya\u015fanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar sat\u0131r aralar\u0131ndaki kelimelerden stratejilerini kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu ay da yine 75 bp art\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve faiz oranlar\u0131 %2.25-%2.5 seviyesine gelmi\u015f oldu. ECB de uzun s\u00fcre sonra sert bir faiz art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yaparak h\u0131zlanan talep kaynakl\u0131 enflasyonu durdurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Euro\/dolar paritesi ECB’nin s\u0131k\u0131la\u015fmada yava\u015f kalmas\u0131yla 1’in alt\u0131na gelmi\u015fti fakat son faiz art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte \u015fu anda 1.02 seviyesinde bulunuyor. Parite d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden en fazla etkilenenler \u00fclkemizde euro b\u00f6lgesine ihracat yapan \u015firketlerimiz oldu. Ayr\u0131ca hammadde ve enerji fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fcksek seyretmeye devam ediyor. Yak\u0131n zamanda elektrik ve do\u011falgazda yeni zamlara haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmam\u0131z gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel portf\u00f6y\u00fcme gelirsek, bu ay hisse portf\u00f6y\u00fcme rutin eklemeler yapmak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hareketsiz kalmay\u0131 tercih ettim. Ucuz fiyatland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm TOASO, TUPRS ve ALKIM hisselerine ek yapt\u0131m. G\u00fcncel portf\u00f6y durumu bu \u015fekildedir. Bu ay VESBE’den temett\u00fc ald\u0131k. Temett\u00fc ile TOASO ve ALKIM almay\u0131 tercih ettim.<\/p>\n\n\n

Eurobond taraf\u0131nda bu ay da al\u0131mlara devam ettim. US900123AY60 kodlu ve 2036 vadeli eurobonddan 1 adet al\u0131m yaparak toplam eurobond portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc 43 bin usd’ye, y\u0131ll\u0131k kupon gelirimi ise 3146.5 usd’ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131m. Ayl\u0131k bazda 262.2 usd, g\u00fcncel kurla 4700 tl civar\u0131 kupon geliri elde ediyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n

G\u00fcncel pasif gelir ve portf\u00f6y durumu bu \u015fekildedir. BU ay toplam portf\u00f6y\u00fcm tl baz\u0131nda %7.05 b\u00fcy\u00fcrken, usd baz\u0131nda %0.13 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek 3.29 mn tl’ye y\u00fckseldi. Hisse senedi eurobond oran\u0131m ise b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda de\u011fi\u015fmeyerek %65 e %25 olarak kald\u0131. \u015eu anda nihai hedefim olan portf\u00f6y da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na olduk\u00e7a yak\u0131n seyrediyorum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
